It begins here.

So, first things first.  We bought a juicer today.  We bought a juice book today.  We bought a digital scale today.  Did I forget about anything?  These items should be delivered on August 2 (gotta love Amazon Prime™).  Until then, we will prepare ourselves for the (temporary) breakup we're having with food and alcohol.  "You know I love you, I just think we need some time apart."  From what I've read, I expect our bodies and minds to be confused as hell by day 4.  I'm getting hungry just thinking about not eating anything, and I'm not even sure how to mentally prepare for this.  Maybe a snack will help......
